All in-stock item ship within 1-3 days after payment confirmation.  For "made to order" items please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Items will ship to the address you provide.
All items ship via insured USPS,UPS or FEDEX with delivery confirmation.

If for some reason you receive an item and it has been damaged in shipping please send detailed photos of both the item and the packaging immediately and BETSON will work with you to remedy the situation.


Your satisfaction is very important. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please email BETSON immediately and we'll work with you to resolve any issues. 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed receipt in the original condition in which the item was sent. Please note that used items cannot be returned. All items are subject to BETSON inspection upon return and before a refund can be issued. 

If possible, please include a brief note about why you are returning the item so that we may better serve you in the future.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking information. Please email BETSON as soon you have decided to return an item. BETSON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are being returned and it is suggested that the buyer opt for insurance to cover the package on it's return journey.

Please note that any sale items are Final Sale and are not returnable/refundable.



At BETSON we understand how important choosing the right color bag is. Although all the products are posted using high quality images, some colors may appear different from monitor to monitor. 
Your happiness is extremely important so please let BETSON know if you would like to receive a swatch of the leather before purchase- just send an email with the style name and color you are interested in and it will be sent to you free of charge.
